9. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant tracking details via email and/or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.

All orders are subject to product availability. In the unlikely event of a delay or an inventory-related issue, our team will notify you promptly and keep you informed of the next steps.

10. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the accessibility of the destination.

Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

While REVEL makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, courier or logistics disruptions, public holidays, regulatory requirements, or other factors beyond our reasonable control may occasionally result in delays.

11. Shipping Partners & Tracking

We partner with reliable and established courier services across India to ensure your REVEL orders are handled securely and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS, enabling you to monitor your shipment and stay updated on its progress until it reaches you.

12. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

If an order is unable to be delivered due to:

14. Returns & Exchanges

REVEL takes pride in creating thoughtfully designed pieces and wants you to shop with confidence.

Return and exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible, products must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed;

• Remain in their original condition;

• Have all original tags attached; and

• Be returned in their original packaging.
